From a small soi in Bangkok to your table.
Chef Som grew up watching her grandmother balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy over a charcoal fire. Every dish on our menu is a memory — pounded in a stone mortar, simmered low, and served the moment it's ready.
We source our herbs weekly, grind our curry pastes in-house, and refuse to cut corners. You can taste the difference in the first bite.
